Introducing the 4th batch of Ripple, our Little IPA, this time with Eclipse hops front and centre. The goal with Ripple, as always, is to craft a delicious beer that drinks like its a full and juicy IPA, but coming in at only 4% abv. Citra and Mosaic hops are retained in the background, and with the help of Eclipse, it delivers sweet orange, bright tropical character, and a soft bitterness. On tap only!

Our flagship dry hopped pale ale brewed with large additions of Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron, and Azacca hops. This hazy orange hop juice showcases flavours of passionfruit, strawberry, and mild citrus.

New Wave is our absurdly hopped, super flavourful New England style IPA. It starts with citrus and grape on the nose, and follows through with rich grapefruit, papaya, and orange flavour notes. This juicy and vibrant orange nectar has just enough of a pithy finish to leave you wanting more.

Big and beautiful with bold, punchy flavours! Heaps of hops throughout the later end of the brew, especially in the dry hop. Brewed with Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and some Comet from Ontario, with a bit of Citra and Mosaic to balance everything out. Aromas of green mango, gooseberry and lime zest, with some decent dankness and some nice, soft diesel and pine notes making an appearance.

With Double New Wave we have taken everything we love about our New Wave IPA and cranked it up a notch. Big ol' haze bomb, juicy and fruity with a soft bodied mouth feel, and pleasantly drinkable bitter finish.

Tangerine Shapeshifter is bright and citrusy with a healthy dose of hops to give the brew some backbone. Eclipse, Mandarina Bavaria, and Citra hops are used to really push the sour orange / tangerine experience to the fullest.

A vibrant sour IPA bursting with aromas of cherry and pomegranate, and just enough tang to excite the pallet. It pours a deep lush red and delivers a bright and acidic punch up front, balanced by a gentle hop backdrop from the late hop additions. Tart, refreshing, and irresistibly juicy.

Easy drinking stout with notes of roasted coffee and chocolate, with just a touch of fruitiness and a soft, clean bitter finish.

Rich and smooth, notes of caramel, toffee, coffee, and chocolate interplay with sarsaparilla's root beer-like qualities, adding flavours of dark cherry, wintergreen, and vanilla.

Our deliciously crushable fruited gose, featuring pineapple, lime, and just a hint of jalapeno, is a splash of Summer in these grey Fall days to come. Soured using Philly Sour yeast, Ion Cannon is a refreshing and fruity brew, lightly spiced with coriander and just enough saltiness to round out the soft mouthfeel and dry finish

Dry saison fermented with our mixed culture of saccharomyces and brettanomyces yeast strains. The rose hips add a slight sweetness and fruitiness that is similar to dried cran-raisin. High minerality and a super dry, champagne-like finish.

The third of our 2021 releases, this unusual barrel aged beer was dry beaned on bourbon barrel aged Ugandan coffee beans from Indie Coffee Roasters. You'll discover notes of earth, coffee bean, chocolate, and leather while embracing the yellow-gold body and soft white head. Your palette will find the dark roasted coffee contrasts with funky peach pit and sour candy notes with hints of bourbon, vanilla, and oak all rounded off by an effervescent, full, sour and crisp finish.
