This is our first crack at brewing a Helles, and might I say, we nailed it! This beer is smooth, she is bready, she is crisp, and she goes down way too easy. This one won't last long!

Our flagship dry-hopped pale ale brewed with large additions of Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron, and Azacca hops. This hazy orange hop juice showcases flavours of passionfruit, fresh tropical fruit and a soft bitter citrus.

Introducing the 5th batch of Ripple, our Little IPA, this time with Luminosa hops front and centre. The goal with Ripple, as always, is to craft a delicious beer that drinks like its a full and juicy IPA, but coming in at only 3.5% abv. Citra and Mosaic hops are retained in the background, and with the help of Luminosa, it delivers sweet orange, bright tropical character, and a soft bitterness.

Tangerine Shapeshifter is bright and citrusy with a healthy dose of hops to give the brew some backbone. Eclipse, Mandarina Bavaria, and Citra hops are used to really push the sour orange / tangerine experience to the fullest.

Easy drinking stout with notes of roasted coffee and chocolate, with just a touch of fruitiness and a soft, clean bitter finish.

Rich and smooth, notes of caramel, toffee, coffee, and chocolate interplay with sarsaparilla's root beer-like qualities, adding flavours of dark cherry, wintergreen, and vanilla.

Playing with the classic Italian favourite we've brewed up an Affogato dessert stout with cold brew provided by our friends at Reunion Coffee.

New Wave is our absurdly hopped, super flavourful New England style IPA. It starts with citrus and grape on the nose, and follows through with rich grapefruit, papaya, and orange flavour notes. This juicy and vibrant orange nectar has just enough of a pithy finish to leave you wanting more.

A blast of juicy citrus fruit right away, with a sour and mouth watering finish. Shapeshifter is a tangy and sour IPA, with a generous dry hop of Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra, and Azacca hops.

The third of our 2021 releases, this unusual barrel aged beer was dry beaned on bourbon barrel aged Ugandan coffee beans from Indie Coffee Roasters. You'll discover notes of earth, coffee bean, chocolate, and leather while embracing the yellow-gold body and soft white head. Your palette will find the dark roasted coffee contrasts with funky peach pit and sour candy notes with hints of bourbon, vanilla, and oak all rounded off by an effervescent, full, sour and crisp finish.

Halo's very first barrel aged beer. A blend of 24 month aged barrels refermented on yuzu purée, Primer features an incredibly complex medley of aromas and flavours. Here’s what you can expect from the first of our 2021 releases. You'll discover notes of lemon, honeydew, subtle pine and eucalyptus while embracing the bold gold body and pale soft white foam. Your palette will discover yuzu, pineapple, orange pulp, McIntosh apple, and light oak while embracing the soft carb and smooth tartness.
