TEST PATTERN (SOUTHERN PASSION)

This sessionable IPA showcases the flavourful red-berry-forward qualities (think Swedish Berries) of the South African Southern Passion hop. The candied berry qualities are punctuated with a mild upfront sweetness finished by a balancing light pithiness. Soft oat and wheat malt characteristics play a mild background note to a juicy berry foreground.
