KALEIDOSCOPE (SAUVIGNON BLANC)

A juicy tropical addition to our ongoing line-up of wine Imperial IPAs, this Kaleidoscope features a huge nose of mango, passionfruit, and gooseberry. It balances the tart vinous qualities of fermented grape must with a full mouthfeel imparted by oodles of hop oils from a massive dry hop with Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Azacca, and Sabro. Like drinking a candied tropical fruit.

Shelf-life: Up to 3 months, keep refrigerated, drink fresh!

Malts: Bohemian Pilsner, Golden Promise, 2-Row (Rahr), Pale Wheat, Carafoam
Hops: Idaho 7, Centennial, Citra, Azacca, Galaxy, Sabro, Nelson Sauvin
Yeast: Vermont Ale
