CODOMINANCE (PLUM X LYCHEE)

Inspired by the amazing sake cocktails at the Black Dice Cafe, this take on our Codominance Fruited IPA features a soft nose of subtle stone fruit with hints of hibiscus. Plum and Lychee collide to create a dynamic duo with a full mouthfeel, and flavours of tropical fruit punch, light crispy melon and tannic plum skins.

Shelf-life: Up to 3 months, keep refrigerated, drink fresh!

Malts: Golden Promise, 2-Row (Rahr), Chit, Pale Wheat, Malted Oats, Rolled Oats, Carafoam
Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Citra, Wakatu
Yeast: Vermont Ale
Adjuncts: Plum Puree, Lychee Puree
