CHROMA KEY (SASKATOON BERRY)

This variation of our Chroma Key series features the colourful addition of Saskatoon Berry. This unique berry imparts a subtle blueberry-fruit-punch flavour and a light tannic profile. We've punched these characteristics up a notch by pairing a significant addition of hops with our house brettanomyces, transforming their aromatic qualities into notes of cherry, grape, and red berry. A further addition of lactobacillus imparts a firm tartness. Full upfront, tart mid, dry finish.

Shelf-life: 12+ months, store at refrigerated or cellar temperatures.
